Guys, wish me luck as I’m hoping I can do this cardio workout every single day. I will be setting up the calendar events in my iPhone actually right now.
1st Update: I will need to work my way back up to this level. So I’m actually looking for a video that meets my current requirements. However it was a fantastic workout but I will need to build myself back into shape before I try it again.
